Job summary

Naboo, a global Meetings & Events spend management leader, seeks a seasoned HR leader to scale People operations and partner with executives across France, UK, US. Based in Paris with global reach, you’ll drive payroll, compliance, onboarding, and employee relations while shaping a high‑performance culture.

You have 5–7 years in generalist HR within a fast-paced scale-up, fluent English, and an EU work permit.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of HR management experience in a fast-paced tech scale-up.
• Fluent in English; EU work permit required.
• Non compliant applications will not be considered.
• Fully bilingual in French and English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small HR Ops team across France and international sites.
• Ensure data integrity, onboarding/offboarding workflows, and payroll accuracy.
• Partner with department leads to coach managers on leadership and org design.
• Drive talent acquisition for mid-to-senior roles in multiple regions and raise employer brand.
• Oversee Lucca implementation and optimize HRIS processes.
