Reporting to the CEO, you will lead a team of three (Recruiter, HR Generalist, HRBP) and partner with Kanbrick on strategic talent initiatives, succession planning and culture.

• Experience leading a People function in a growing organization.
• Experience in multi-state HR compliance and risk management.
• Ability to build leadership, succession planning and talent development programs.
• Strong partnering with executive leadership to align people strategy with business goals.
