Laboratory Testing (LTI) seeks a Director of People & Leadership to elevate leadership, talent, and organizational capability as the business grows. You will report to the CEO and lead a small team, shaping succession planning, performance, and people systems to enable scalable growth.

Situated at LTI's Hatfield, PA headquarters with on-site presence as acquisitions integrate, you will drive compensation, benefits, onboarding, and HR operations while embedding the LTI Way culture across

Qualifications

Senior People leader with track record building leadership and organizational capability.
Experience leading talent acquisition, succession planning and career development.
Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits design and administration.
Experience ensuring multi-state compliance and working with external counsel.

Responsabilités

Build and lead leadership and talent systems for LTIs growth.
Own compensation philosophy, plan design and benefits administration.
Lead talent acquisition strategy across levels and partner with business leaders.
Protect and scale LTI's culture and the LTI Way fundamentals as the company grows.
Partner with CEO and leadership on organizational design and change during acquisitions.
