Alliantgroup LP is seeking a Director of People Experience to oversee HR operations including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, total rewards and wellness, compliance, and development. This role acts as a trusted advisor to leaders and staff to strengthen engagement and culture.

Ideal candidates bring strong HR fundamentals and the ability to operate in a fast-paced consulting environment focused on growth, client service, and talent development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification (preferred).
• 10 to 15 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Coach on complex workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Oversee recruitment to attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee total rewards strategy to stay market competitive.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
