Job summary

This executive role partners with the CEO and leadership team on organizational design, workforce planning, and risk management, while guiding HR operations and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred; SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
• Experience leading HR strategy, multi-location teams, and workforce planning within a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a people strategy aligned with growth, culture, and goals.
• Partner with CEO and leadership on organizational design and workforce planning.
• Lead HR and Employee Engagement teams; set KPIs and report trends.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and total rewards; manage HR operations and compliance.
• Drive onboarding, integration during mergers and acquisitions, and leadership development.
