Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Executive Director of Translational Medicine and Pediatric Planning to lead integrated translational and pediatric development strategies across the portfolio. Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in clinical research or drug development.
• 7+ years in biotech/pharma industry.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional clinical-development, translational, or pediatric strategy.
• Experience developing PSPs, PIPs, waivers/deferrals, and health-authority interactions.
• Experience in immunology or related complex pediatric development areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead pediatric development strategy from candidate transition through registration and lifecycle management.
• Develop and execute pediatric plans across multiple indications and therapeutic areas.
• Create integrated translational strategies linking disease biology, biomarkers, and clinical endpoints.
• Define opportunities for extrapolation and age-group sequencing using adult data.
• Partner with Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics to establish pediatric dosing strategies.
• Oversee pediatric regulatory deliverables and interactions with FDA/EMA.
• Mentor teams and align cross-functional plans with governance bodies.
