Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Executive Director of Translational Medicine and Pediatric Planning to lead integrated pediatric development strategies across our portfolio in a global setting. You will align disease biology with clinical pharmacology, biomarker programs, and regulatory commitments to inform dose selection and progression.

You will partner with asset teams and translate scientific data into actionable development plans, PSPs, and deferral strategies while ensuring alignment

Qualifications

• 12+ years of clinical research or drug development experience.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional clinical-development or pediatric strategy.
• Experience with PSPs, PIPs, waivers/deferrals and health-authority interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead pediatric development strategy from candidate transition through registration and lifecycle management.
• Develop and execute Pediatric Study Plans and Pediatric Investigation Plans across indications.
• Create translational strategies linking biology, biomarkers, and clinical pharmacology to development decisions.
