Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Executive Director of Translational Medicine and Pediatric Planning to steer pediatric development across indications. You will align disease biology, nonclinical findings, biomarkers, and clinical pharmacology to drive decisions on dosing, indication selection, and progression.

You will lead PSPs, PIPs, and regulatory interactions while partnering with asset teams. Strong scientific judgment and cross‑functional leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in clinical research or drug development.
• 7+ years leading cross-functional clinical-development, translational, or pediatric strategy for global programs.
• Experience developing and executing pediatric plans across multiple indications and assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio-level pediatric development strategy from candidate transition through registration and lifecycle management.
• Develop and execute pediatric plans including PSPs, PIPs, waivers, deferrals, and regulatory commitments.
• Create integrated translational strategies connecting biology, biomarkers, pharmacology, and endpoints to development decisions.
• Provide regulatory deliverables and support meetings with FDA, EMA, and other health authorities.
