LEO Pharma in Madison, NJ is seeking a Director, Payer Marketing to lead market access strategies for a rare disease launch. You will shape payer engagement, value propositions, and materials to support formulary positioning within the pharmacy benefit.

Collaborating with Medical Affairs, HEOR, Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, and Legal, you will translate clinical and economic data into compelling payer communications, establish metrics, and manage budgets for successful market entry.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in pharma and/or managed care, with at least 3 years in marketing/sales.
• Deep knowledge of US healthcare, payer systems, value-based purchasing, population health.
• Launch experience strongly desired.
• Familiarity with current regulatory landscape in pharma/biotech.
• Ability to build consensus in a matrix environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute payer marketing strategy for a rare product launch.
• Lead payer value propositions, pricing, messaging for commercial and government payers and accounts.
• Translate clinical evidence, health outcomes data, and economic information into payer materials.
• Develop strategies to support coverage, reimbursement, formulary placement, utilization management, and patient access.
• Support account segmentation, prioritization, and tailored engagement with health plans and PBMs.
• Incorporate payer insights, competitive intelligence, and market research into brand strategy.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, HEOR, Market Access, Brand Marketing, Sales, Legal, Medical, and Regulatory teams.
