Job summary

The IMA Group is seeking a Senior Director / Vice President of Patient Recruitment to lead recruitment strategy across our clinical portfolio. This remote role allows work from anywhere in the US or from any IMA office, with travel up to 25% for meetings and site support.

You will lead a talented team, partner with vendors, and drive ROI through data-driven recruitment across Phase II–IV trials in a flexible nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences or related field.
• 8+ years in patient recruitment, marketing, or patient engagement with leadership experience.
• Experience using KPIs to measure ROI across multimedia platforms.
• Knowledge of clinical research, diverse-population recruitment, digital and social strategy, screening and retention.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the enrollment strategy team and goals.
• Build recruitment strategies drawing on site success, SME insight, and innovative tools.
• Provide senior oversight across recruiting studies and adjust approaches as results come in.
• Partner with third-party vendors to reach larger patient databases.
• Ensure patient communications are relatable and patient-centric.
• Direct community outreach to reach diverse patient populations.
• Own spend, campaign effectiveness and ROI; make data-driven decisions.
• Represent IMA at health events and industry conferences.
