• Guide outsourced model using strategic partnerships, real-world data, and new technologies.
• Provide guidance to recruitment team with activities for enrollment planning and vendor management.
• Evaluate and communicate financial impacts of recruitment strategies to partners.
• Grow industry network to support enrollment goals.
• Educate clinical operations staff on trial optimization principles.
