Qualifications

• BS degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years' experience in patient recruitment, engagement and trial optimization.
• Experience with leading edge trial optimization vendors and methods.
• Proficiency with software models and database structures.
• Experience driving recruitment strategies and country/site identification.

Responsibilities

• Lead study-specific patient recruitment and retention strategies with partnerships and new technologies.
• Guide team activities for enrollment planning and vendor management.
• Evaluate financial impacts of vendors and recruitment strategies with partners.
• Grow industry network to support Takeda's clinical operations toward enrollment goals.
• Educate operations staff on trial optimization principles and enrollment improvements.
