The position emphasizes collaboration with senior leaders to align staffing and care placement with evidence-based standards, enhancing patient satisfaction and operational performance.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years nursing experience in an acute care setting and 5 years in nursing management.
• Current Florida RN license with BLS and ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24-hour hospital-wide patient flow and capacity management.
• Manage nursing resources, centralized staffing, float pool, telemetry and stroke unit operations.
• Ensure quality improvement, regulatory compliance and performance initiatives.
• Collaborate with CNO, COO and CFO to set standards of care and safety culture.
