Denali Therapeutics seeks a Director, Patient Support Strategy & Operations to build and scale patient access capabilities for upcoming product launches. Qualifications

Typically requires BS/BA with 10+ years in pharma/biotech patient support, access, reimbursement, or HUB operations.
Experience launching and managing patient support programs, including hybrid field/HUB models.
Advanced degree preferred; familiarity with PAP and copay programs.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale patient support programs for launches and lifecycle management.
Design and operate Patient Access Hub services, including PA support and case management.
Oversee vendor relations, SOPs, and performance metrics for HUB operations.
Ensure regulatory and legal compliance across programs and partnerships.
Collaborate across Market Access, Marketing, Sales, and Legal to align strategies.
