This is a management seat responsible for overall department delivery, including hiring and ensuring audits and findings are applied to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years across paid media and SEO
• Deep experience with Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Meta and Microsoft Ads
• Proven ability to turn around at least one account
• Comfortable being the client-facing owner when accounts underperform

Responsibilities

• Own channel strategy and budget allocation as accounts scale
• Define quality standards, audits, and reporting for the team
• Ensure client results and honest reporting across the function
• Lead hiring and conduct first-round interviews within a quarter
• Act as escalation owner when an account is at risk
