Qualifications

• RN with BSN or master’s degree and clinical licensure.
• BSN required within six months if RN without BSN.
• CPI certification within 90 days of hire.
• Previous inpatient and management experience required.
• Familiarity with continuum of care and mental health laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage, plan, administer and evaluate outpatient programs to ensure high quality patient care and coordination.
• Determine work priorities, assign daily tasks, approve overtime and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Serve as resource for site nursing staff and liaise with physicians to improve care delivery.
