Endeavor Health is hiring a Practice Manager I - Neurology in Chicago and Glenview to oversee day-to-day clinic operations, patient services, and staff development. The role reports to a director and ensures regulatory compliance and quality standards across multiple ambulatory locations.

Hourly Pay Range: $35.16 - $54.50 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
A Brief Overview: Reporting to a director, the role is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of practice operations; responding to patient and staff issues as they occur; responsible for staff development, performance management, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines, policies and procedures and quality standards of a medical group clinic. Responsible for personnel engaged in patient reception, registration, scheduling, rooming etc., ensuring that clinicians are properly supported. Responsible for managing all aspects of a project over the project lifecycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close) in support of the organization’s strategic objectives and ongoing operations. Develops project tasks, milestones and deliverables using a standard set of tools to ensure timely completion of project.
