Job summary

MLK Community Healthcare is seeking an Organizational Development and Employee Engagement Manager to lead coaching, team development and leadership training in Los Angeles, CA. The role partners with Human Resources to implement transformational initiatives and sustain a high performing, engaged workforce.

The position emphasizes program design, evaluation of outcomes, and development of staff across management and non-management levels to support MLKCH’s mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, organizational development, applied behavioral sciences, business administration, psychology or related field.
• Master’s degree in human resources management, organizational development, applied behavioral sciences, business administration or industrial organizational psychology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and facilitation to leadership and staff.
• Design and deliver training modules aligning with organizational goals.
• Develop leadership programs and succession planning.
