Job summary

GT Independence, LLC is seeking a Director of Operations for North Dakota/Minnesota. This remote, full-time role oversees all operational units to deliver exceptional fiscal intermediary services.

The position requires a Bachelor's in business or related field, at least 5 years of leadership experience, and strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, human services or related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience relevant to the work performed.
• Knowledgebase in supervision, business management and leadership.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in working on complex projects with critical thinking and problem solving.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills with demonstrated ability to work towards and meet deadlines by planning and organizing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of all operational units to provide exceptional fiscal intermediary services.
• Maintain Operational Standards and implement policies and procedures.
• Plan, execute, and implement strategic objectives identified in support of the company’s plan.
• Coordinate activities across units; evaluate plans and recommend changes to senior management.
• Develop leadership and management skills within subordinates.
• Accept responsibilities for performance appraisals and wage increases; develop metrics to measure performance.
• Collaborate with directors to optimize delivery of services and identify improvement opportunities.
• Travel may be required; work from home office.
