Bay Advanced Technologies is seeking an Operations Director to lead all site operations, drive profitability, and align with strategic objectives. You will oversee manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and production targets with a focus on safety, quality and efficiency.

The role requires 10+ years in operations, strong financial acumen, and proven leadership of cross-functional teams in a tech manufacturing/distribution setting. Competitive comp and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• 10+ years in operations or general management, preferably in manufacturing/distribution.
• Proven history in managing complex supply chains and high-mix low-volume ops.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, Lean, and Quality Mgmt Systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead and direct all operational functions across manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and distribution.
• Drive safety, efficiency, quality and cost improvements with Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with company goals.
• Monitor KPIs and manage annual budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
• Develop high-performing teams and foster accountability and collaboration.
• Manage key customer and supplier relationships and contracts.
• Oversee ERP/MRP systems optimization and adoption of new technologies.
