Theacademysf is seeking a highly organized, jack-of-all-trades operations leader for an in-person school startup in San Francisco. You’ll juggle campus sourcing, housing logistics, finance/legal/HR tasks, and student life systems, with an emphasis on building scalable processes across departments.

You should thrive with detail, multi-tasking, and strategic partnerships, including potential business development and CRM/AI initiatives. MBA-type background preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Find and negotiate a campus location and manage subtenants.
• Plan housing, furnishing, and access for students.
• Handle finance, accounting, legal, HR processes and onboarding.

Responsabilités

• Build systems for student life and study abroad logistics.
• Develop CRM to organize data for easy access.
• Develop internal AI to streamline regulatory filings and paperwork.
