Qualifications

• 7+ years leading operations in high-growth business.
• Experience launching initiatives that generate six and seven figures.
• Proven ability to build and implement operational systems.
• Strong project management and financial reporting skills.
• Fluency with AI tools, automation, and modern business systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team accountability and remove blockers fast.
• Own every active project end-to-end; assign owners and track progress.
• Protect the CEO’s calendar and filter incoming requests.
• Design and begin implementing the operating system across core functions.
• Develop KPI tracking, financial reporting, and executive reporting.
• Establish and enforce SOPs; ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
