Sell Your Way To Cash®️ seeks an experienced operations leader to run the business in the founder’s absence, acting as the operating engine across systems, teams, and initiatives. You will own launches, events, and ongoing optimization to free the CEO for growth activities while maintaining high performance and accountability.
The role requires building documented processes, dashboards, and cost controls to sustain Inc.-level execution and profitability while managing a remote team and diverse
Reports directly to the Founder & CEO|Remote|Full-Time
Pay: $105,00 - $150,000 with bonus
If the CEO is still assigning tasks, chasing updates, building project plans, or acting as the project manager, this role is not working. The right person can run this company for 30 days without her.
Turn the CEO’s vision into flawless execution — and get her out of the day-to-day entirely.
You own the systems, the people, the projects, the launches, the events, the numbers, and the accountability. You are the operating engine of a two‑time Inc. 5000 company, freeing the CEO to do the only things she can do: generate revenue, lead thought, sell, speak, build partnerships, and grow the brand.
This is not a coordinator seat. It is equal parts operator, integrator, systems architect, project manager, people leader, and business builder. You build the company that runs without the founder.
This role proves itself fast. By Day 14, you will have audited the business, extracted what lives in the CEO’s head, and stood up the first version of the operating system.
Your first job is to get the company out of the CEO’s head and into documented systems. Through structured interviews, capture:
Perform a complete operational audit across the business:
Then surface the truth: waste, duplicate software, unnecessary spend, inefficiencies, missing processes, automation opportunities, and team gaps. Deliver a written audit with prioritized recommendations.
Design and begin implementing the operating system across every core function:
Critically, build the compliance mechanisms that ensure these systems are actually followed — not just written.
Monitor registrations, applications, show rates, conversion rates, revenue, and email, SMS, and ad performance — and take corrective action in real time.
Monitor venues, hotels, speakers, sponsors, production, logistics, and attendee experience to ensure flawless execution.
Monitor revenue, expenses, cash flow, subscription costs, contractor costs, and vendor agreements — continuously improving profitability.
Run one‑on‑ones, review KPIs, provide coaching, and create performance improvement plans when needed.
Recruit top talent, interview candidates, manage onboarding, and develop succession plans.
Deliver the CEO a single dashboard covering revenue, pipeline, event registrations, lead generation, and marketing, sales, and team performance.
Review company goals, assess progress, recommend adjustments, and reprioritize initiatives.
Review all systems, identify bottlenecks, improve efficiency, and increase automation.
Review every recurring expense and identify opportunities to cancel, consolidate, renegotiate, or automate — without sacrificing operational quality.
Evaluate every team member on performance, productivity, accountability, and alignment — and make clear staffing recommendations.
Forecast team, event, revenue, and operational capacity ahead of demand.
You own all company systems — building them, documenting them, training the team, monitoring compliance, and continuously improving them.
You are not finished when a system is created. You are finished when the system is consistently followed.
You are a builder who creates order from chaos. You love systems and you love accountability. You ask hard questions and solve problems before they become emergencies. You are comfortable holding high performers to a high standard. You are obsessed with execution.
Above all: you can take what lives inside a founder’s head and build a company that runs without them.
