Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Certification in PMP, Lean Manufacturing, and/or Six Sigma; demonstrated experience may be substituted for certification.
• 7+ years of operations management experience leading teams.
• Experience leading projects and initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Strategic thinking aligned with company goals.
• Budgeting, planning, and cost-benefit analysis expertise.
• Experience in a sales/eCommerce environment is a plus.
• Proficiency with Google Suite tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee company operations, including warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, quality control, and customer service.
• Lead and align teams to meet short- and long-term goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve scalability and efficiency.
• Mentor and develop managers across departments.
• Implement cost-control measures to preserve quality and value.
• Foster an improvement culture to optimize inventory and lead times.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and People teams.
• Support product development for scaling operations and launches.
• Measure process effectiveness and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic growth as part of the executive team.
