Job summary

Ideal Aerosmith seeks a VP of Operations to lead Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Program Management across the Motion and Testing Systems business. You will translate company strategy into aligned operational plans, drive on-time delivery, cost and margin performance, and develop a scalable operating model with a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

You will report to the President and partner with senior leaders to ensure safe, efficient, and predictable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, operations, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, engineering, manufacturing, or program execution.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or complex manufacturing environments.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally; passport required.
• U.S. citizenship or eligible status required for federal contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for operational execution across multiple functions.
• Translate strategy into aligned operational plans with measurable results.
• Lead the organization to on-time delivery, cost, and quality targets.
• Establish governance, performance indicators, and forecasting processes.
