Ideal Aerosmith is seeking a Vice President of Operations in Grand Forks, ND to provide executive leadership for operations across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Program Management. Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, engineering, manufacturing, or related fields.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or project-based technical environments.
• Proven accountability for on-time delivery and cross-functional execution across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Program Management.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; passport required.
• Due to federal contract requirements, candidates must be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team (Director of Engineering, Director of Manufacturing, and others).
• Translate strategy into integrated operational plans and measurable commitments.
• Ensure on-time delivery and alignment of cross-functional commitments to the master schedule.
• Establish operating rhythms, forecasts, and timely reporting across functions.
• Champion lean thinking and continuous improvement across the organization.
