Vessel Technologies, Inc. in New York City seeks a Head of Operations to own end-to-end delivery of Vessel buildings, including manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and field execution.

You'll invent the operating model, lead teams, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to continuously improve every project. The role requires strategic thinking and hands-on leadership, with significant travel to factories and sites.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of Vessel buildings across schedule, cost, quality, and execution.
• Lead manufacturing, production planning, productivity, quality, materials flow, and continuous improvement.
• Own supply chain, sourcing, procurement, and supplier performance.
• Reinvent how buildings are packaged, transported, and delivered as we scale.
• Lead field execution and our construction managers, contractors, and partners.
• Build systems that tell us what is happening across factories and job sites.
• Attack operational challenges at their root with innovative solutions.
• Help define Vessel's future factory footprint and operating model.
• Create feedback loop between Operations, Product, and Engineering.
