Job summary

Delve Search - Global Search Consultants is assisting a bespoke machine build and engineered equipment organization in New Hampshire to appoint a VP of Operations. This role will shoulder end-to-end operational leadership across manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain to ensure on-time, to-specification, profitable delivery of highly engineered equipment.

Qualifications

• Significant senior operations leadership within machine building, capital equipment, automation or complex engineered manufacturing.
• Experience leading sizeable multidisciplinary manufacturing/operations teams.
• Strong understanding of ETO/MTO or low-volume/high-complexity manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across Manufacturing, Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Purchasing and Quality.
• Lead and mentor the operations leadership team and wider workforce.
• Drive improvements in on-time delivery, productivity, capacity utilisation and quality.
