Beacon Mobility seeks a Director of Operations Analytics to lead hands-on BI and operational analytics across the organization in Chelmsford, MA. You will partner with executives and regional leaders to transform data into actionable insights that improve execution and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience leading BI and analytics initiatives.
Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
Proven ability to translate business questions into analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead Domo development, dashboards, cards, datasets, alerts, and reporting.
Partner with Operations, Finance and Technology to define KPIs and reporting needs.
Perform root-cause analysis and identify risks, gaps, and opportunities.
Validate reporting accuracy and troubleshoot data issues with IT as needed.
Document data definitions, calculations, and reporting methodologies.
Analyze labor, financial, operational, and service data to identify trends and impact.
Support ad hoc executive and operational reporting requests.
