Job summary

Bridges of Colorado is seeking an Operations Director to lead the Office’s fiscal, HR, IT, and facilities functions. You will supervise office managers, shape policy, and drive continuous improvement across collaboration, culture, and compliance.

The role emphasizes person-centered, solution-focused leadership aligned with Bridges values. A hybrid work model, Denver travel, and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum seven (7+) years of experience in operational leadership.
• At least three (3+) years of direct employee supervision with staff oversight of transactional HR processes.
• At least two (2+) years of budgeting, contracts and procurement, and legal support.
• At least two (2+) years of providing formal training to other professionals.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.
• Demonstration of alignment with Bridges values, culture, and justice/equity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise office managers; train, plan, assign, and direct work; ensure quality and retention.
• Provide fiscal, HR, IT, and facilities leadership for the Office.
• Develop and implement procurement, contracting policies, MOUs, and related systems.
• Oversee confidential personnel records and compliance with state/federal laws.
• Lead budgeting processes, including annual submissions and legislative responses.
