About the Role:


We seek a Head of Operations to lead teams across the EU, APAC, and North America. This role is crucial for ensuring operational excellence across our markets. You will lead and contribute to the work of a high-performing, engaged team that drives smooth and efficient operations. The successful candidate will oversee key business functions, such as partner relationship management, transaction quality, and account management, and will lead initiatives to improve processes and leverage automation. By ensuring that we have the proper infrastructure, resources, and technology in place, you'll help us hit our ambitious growth targets and maintain excellence in all operational areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership & Operational Excellence: Lead and manage operational teams across EU, APAC, and North America, ensuring they have the resources, support, and structure to perform at their best. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the team is aligned with the company’s ambitious goals and equipped to meet them.

- Partner Relationships & Transaction Quality: Oversee partner relationships and manage key functions like transaction quality and account management. Ensure seamless operations, strong partnerships, and the highest service standards, supporting business growth.

- Strategic Operational Effectiveness: Drive operational efficiency and ensure all functions align with business goals. Lead process optimization initiatives and implement automation to scale operations and meet growth targets.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Scalability: Collaborate with teams from Product, IT, and Marketing to streamline workflows, optimize cross-departmental efforts, and ensure the business is well-positioned to meet strategic objectives. Simplify complex processes and create scalable solutions to support growth.

- AI & Technology Leadership: Champion using AI and innovative technologies to improve efficiency and decision-making. Drive the integration of these solutions into operations, enhancing scalability and business performance.

- Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Track key operational metrics, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions. Ensure that the team continuously improves and stays on track to meet ambitious goals while maintaining high operational standards.

Requirements:

-Proven experience in operations management, preferably within a marketplace or platform-driven business.

- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing large teams (20+ people).

- C1-level English proficiency to effectively communicate across international markets.

- User-centric mindset with a deep understanding of marketplace dynamics and business domain knowledge.

- Automation and AI-oriented approach, with a strong ability to implement technological solutions for operational efficiency.

- Strategic thinking skills to align operational initiatives with company-wide goals.

- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze complex processes and simplify them into scalable models.

Nice to Have:

- Experience leading operations across multiple international markets.

- Previous exposure to marketplace or SaaS business models.

- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the UK/ NA.
