Job summary

Phinity is hiring a Head of Operations to work closely with the founders to drive business strategy, operations, and growth across the company. You will develop and execute strategic initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and help define talent and organizational plans.

Ideal candidates bring strong strategic thinking, exceptional communication, and experience in startups or business development, with an interest in AI or semiconductors.

• Manage commercial relationships, contracting, and negotiations with customers, partners, and vendors.
• Build and improve internal processes to help the company scale.

Job description

Phinity is an AI research lab focused on solving chip design. The bottleneck to AGI is compute, and we enable AI agents to tape-out chips autonomously, from architecture to post-silicon. We are building RL environments, agent infrastructure, and evaluation systems to accomplish this. Our team brings together deep AI and silicon expertise, including leaders and executives from top chip companies, post-training chip-design models at NVIDIA, AI for formal verification research, previous exits, and over 10 years of experience building chips at NVIDIA, Intel, Mediatek, and others.

You will

• Work with the founders to develop and execute business strategy and strategic partnerships
