A fast-growing advertising agency is hiring a Head of Business Operations to build and enforce the systems that power their next phase of scale.

This role is for a driver - someone who builds structure, enforces accountability, and connects Sales → Client Services → Finance → Tech with clean, consistent workflows.

You Will:

• Own CRM + workflow architecture
• Enforce process discipline + data hygiene
• Protect scope, pricing logic, and margins
• Lead technical PM with Engineering

You Are:

• A systems thinker with 7–12+ yrs BizOps/RevOps/PMO/Tech PM experience
• A clear, firm communicator who can say "no"
