• Experience leading registrational trials, regulatory submissions, and launch readiness.
• Ability to translate scientific insights into asset-level and portfolio strategies.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, innovative trial designs, and external data sources.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end clinical development for MOA-focused, multi-tumor asset across early- and late-phase trials.
• Shape scientific and clinical development strategy aligned with portfolio priorities.
• Lead governance forums and external engagements to inform asset strategy and decisions.
• Act as senior connector across functions to drive integrated development and lifecycle planning.
