Job summary

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) seeks a Senior Manager, Occupational Health Services to lead and coordinate the Occupational Health Services program for Metro-North Railroad (MNR). You will help manage disability programs and the ADA reasonable accommodation process for employees and applicants, under the Director of Health Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or health-related field.
• Minimum 7 years of related HR policy administration experience.
• Experience administering ADA, FMLA, and related policies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with multiple departments and teams.
• Knowledge of health-related terminology and practices.
• Travel may be required to various locations.
