Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply management, business, finance, engineering or related field
• 10 years in supply management with focus on strategic sourcing and supplier development; preferably in medical devices or other highly regulated environments
• Strong knowledge of supplier processes and supply chain risk factors including experience in assessing and mitigating risk in the supply base
• Strong negotiations skills negotiating and implementing commercial contracts to include: supply and quality agreements (QAA)
• Experience with supplier metrics & measurement methodologies and supporting systems
• Must be willing to work in a result based, fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned sourcing areas and supplier performance initiatives supporting the Endoscopy Division's Communication Business Unit in Flower Mound, TX.
• Develop and implement strategies and goals for assigned commodities, suppliers, projects and products.
• Manage onsite team for sourcing in the Flower Mound, TX communications business units.
• Lead cross-functional teams and develop strategic commodity plans, spend/supply assessments.
• Negotiate contracts and establish supplier agreements; monitor performance.
