Job summary

Stryker is seeking an experienced sourcing leader to drive strategic procurement for New Product Introductions. You will partner with engineering and business teams to select suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage performance across the NPI lifecycle.

You will identify cost-reduction opportunities, mitigate supplier risk, and align with global sourcing strategies. Remote/hybrid options are available with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree 8+ years in Supply Chain or related manufacturing skill set with experience in sourcing and supplier development.
• Knowledge of supplier contract strategy, negotiations, contractual terms, and contract administration.
• Knowledge of supplier processes and supply chain risk factors including experience in assessing and mitigating risk in the supply base.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing activities for NPI projects and cross-functional partnerships.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiations, contracting, and supplier management with engineering and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for NPIs and manage supplier risk.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and ensure supplier performance against objectives.
• Collaborate across sourcing teams to share practices and ensure supply continuity.
