You will own execution from concept to delivery, partner with Product Management to translate customer needs into scalable solutions, and drive continuous improvement to meet ambitious timelines. You will mentor leaders, recruit top talent, and shape strategies that align with AutoStore’s systems and future roadmap.

Qualifications

• 15+ years delivering customer-focused solutions and products at volume.
• Experience leading large global engineering teams across disciplines.
• Proven ability to mature modern processes for reliable products.
• Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 40+ person multi-disciplinary engineering team from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Management to capture customer needs and translate them into solutions.
• Drive execution discipline, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement across AutoStore systems.
