Job summary

AutoStore System, Inc. is expanding its Atlanta, GA R&D presence with a Senior Program Manager for end-to-end management of robotics projects. You will align with Global NPD teams, drive incubation in Atlanta, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining high technical standards.

The role requires strong communication across time zones, hands-on delivery, and a background in technology-driven product programs. English fluency is essential; Norwegian knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in a technology discipline.
• Minimum seven years' work experience as a project manager or in product management or engineering of robotics/automated storage solutions.
• Experience managing multiple highly complex projects to support program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the assigned projects and programs end to end.
• Monitor scope, timelines, budget, and quality across projects.
• Coordinate across departments and stakeholders at Atlanta and Norway sites.
• Collaborate with Norway-based NPD and engineering teams from concept to launch.
• Drive incubation and New Product Development programs in Atlanta as site PM lead.
• Engage with external partners, manufacturers and suppliers.
• Travel quarterly to Norway for coordination.
