Job summary

K2 Insurance Services, LLC seeks an Executive Director/President of Non-Standard Auto Insurance Products & MGA Operations to lead the lifecycle of our non-standard auto portfolios. In a hybrid leadership role, you will align product strategy with carrier partnerships, delegated underwriting authority, and digital distribution to drive profitability and GWP growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in P&C insurance, with non-standard auto focus.
• Proven track record in MGA environment or with capacity providers/carrier partners.
• Experience launching products, filing rates/forms across multiple states.
• Strong knowledge of the Texas marketplace preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end product roadmap, pricing, coverage, and rating plans for non-standard auto lines.
• Monitor loss ratios, trends, retention, and expenses to hit target combined ratios.
• Oversee delegated underwriting authority and binding guidelines with risk providers.
• Manage carrier relationships, reinsurers, and binding contracts.
