• 5+ years of progressive leadership within P&C insurance, with non-standard auto focus.
• Proven success in product management, rate filings, and multi-state implementations.
• Strong knowledge of the Texas market is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end product roadmap, pricing, coverage and rating plans for non-standard auto lines.
• Oversee underwriting governance, carrier partnerships, and regulatory filings across states.
• Lead risk governance, P&L management, and compliance with state DOIs.
