Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or information security.
• Experience coordinating security work across multiple organizations.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading teams or programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop security initiatives suited to how nonprofits actually work and what they can resource.
• Design scalable programs such as security assessments and training.
• Develop and deliver member training, phishing simulations, and incident drills.
• Produce practical tools and resources to raise sector security maturity.
• Measure the value of programs for members.
