Job summary

Avid Core LLC is seeking an International Affairs Specialist to support CISA’s Stakeholder Engagement Division, International Affairs, in Washington, DC. The role focuses on turning complex policy into clear products for senior leaders and coordinating cross‑agency engagements.

The successful candidate will draft briefing materials, manage travel and logistics, and work across interagency teams to advance U.S. cybersecurity priorities abroad. Hybrid schedule with on‑site work as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in program analysis, international affairs, policy, or stakeholder engagement
• Experience preparing executive-level briefing materials for senior government leadership
• Experience coordinating logistics for high-level engagements and international travel
• Ability to synthesize complex policy/technical information into clear products
• Direct experience supporting federal international engagement preferred

Responsibilities

• Support CISA International leadership and advisors in executing international priorities
• Organize and support bilateral and multilateral engagements with foreign governments and partners
• Develop, edit, and clear briefing materials, memos, talking points, readouts, and presentations
• Prepare travel schedules and coordinate logistics including visa/passport requests
• Participate in virtual engagements across time zones and track deliverables
• Manage engagement records in relationship-management tools and file systems
• Monitor developments to identify issues and support strategy development
• Coordinate internal and interagency working groups and prepare readouts
