Job summary

US Specialists Management is seeking a Vice President of Operations, Neurosurgery to provide strategic and operational oversight across neurosurgery service lines. This role partners with the COO and executives to drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care across sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations, incl. executive-level experience.
• Experience in urology or specialty care, multi-site/multi-state is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set vision, strategy, and growth objectives for neurosurgery operations.
• Translate priorities into business plans, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee daily operations for neurosurgery clinics and service lines; manage financials.
• Lead and develop neurosurgery leaders; drive performance and accountability.
• Foster performance culture; address issues and build high-performing teams.
• Partner with HR to recruit, develop, and retain top talent; succession planning.
• Champion DEI initiatives and organizational culture.
• Identify operational improvements; develop new service lines or revenue streams.
• Lead due diligence and integration for partnerships, acquisitions, or growth.
• Implement best-in-class processes, controls, and KPIs.
• Oversee technology deployment (EHR, telehealth, analytics) and regulatory compliance.
