Job summary

US Specialists Management is seeking a Vice President of Operations, Neurosurgery to lead strategic and operational oversight across multiple neurosurgery sites. You will partner with the COO to drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care while translating strategy into actionable plans.

The role requires executive leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on performance metrics and growth. Travel up to 35% across sites will be necessary.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations
• Experience in neurosurgery or specialty care (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute vision, strategy, and growth for neurosurgery operations
• Translate strategic priorities into policies and procedures
• Oversee daily operations across neurosurgery clinics and service lines
• Coach and develop neurosurgery leaders
• Drive performance management and accountability
• Recruit, develop and retain top talent within neurosurgery
• Lead due diligence for partnerships/acquisitions in neurosurgery
• Implement best-in-class operational processes and controls
• Oversee IT solutions including EHR, telehealth, and analytics
• Ensure HIPAA and healthcare compliance
• Manage operating expenses and capital investments
• Build relationships with customers/partners in neurosurgery
• Report performance, risks, and opportunities to COO
• Perform other duties as assigned
