Baptist Health is seeking a senior leader to oversee operations within BH Brain and Spine Care, collaborating with clinical and operational leaders to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across the health system. The role focuses on strategy, budget management, and performance improvements in neuroscience services.

You will drive opportunities to enhance revenue, reduce costs, and improve patient and team member experience, aligning initiatives with the system-wide strategic plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree in relevant field strongly preferred.
• 5+ years leadership experience in complex healthcare.
• Lean Six Sigma or TRIM or similar process improvement training preferred.
• Past clinical or technical experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to plan, delegate, manage, supervise and direct work.
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle.

Responsabilités

• Lead BH Brain and Spine Care operational areas across the health system.
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders on strategic initiatives.
• Organize and oversee budgets, financial and performance improvement projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue, patient and staff satisfaction, and cost reduction.
• Drive implementation of new services and care delivery improvements.
• Collaborate with executive team to align with strategic plan initiatives.
