Job summary
Baptist Health is seeking a senior leader to directs BH Brain and Spine Care operations, partnering with clinical and operational leaders to ensure quality, safety and financial vitality. You will oversee budgets, new services and strategic initiatives across Miami Neuroscience Institute and Marcus Neuroscience Institute.
The role requires 5+ years of leadership in healthcare, with strong skills in stakeholder management, analytics and process improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years leadership experience in a complex healthcare delivery setting.
- Lean Six Sigma/TRIM or other process improvement training preferred.
- Past clinical or technical experience a plus.
- Must have strong leadership and team building skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead assigned operational areas of BH Brain and Spine Care.
- Partner with clinical and operational leaders to ensure infrastructure and operational excellence.
- Develop and manage budgets, revenue opportunities and cost reduction efforts.
- Drive performance improvement and patient experience across BH B&S services.
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic plan initiatives.
