Job summary

AHK seeks a strategic Head of Sales – North America to lead the North American sales organization, grow new markets for prepregs, advanced composites, and engineered materials, and focus on customer development and strategic partnerships across Industrial and Mobility sectors.

You will inherit an established electrical insulation business while building the commercial engine for future growth, identifying opportunities, and expanding the customer base across the United States, Canada, and Mexico

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B industrial sales and new business development.
• Experience leading a sales organization and driving market expansion.
• Strong ability to identify OEM opportunities and manage complex sales cycles.
• Ability to build and scale a regional commercial organization.

Responsibilities
