Job summary

YQN Logistics Co. seeks a Director of North America Asset Management & Permitting to own permitting compliance, warehouse asset management, and new-site launch milestones across the U.S. warehouse network.

This hands-on leader will work with government agencies, inspectors, consultants, and our PMO to deliver results. Located on-site in Fontana, CA, the role requires leadership across regions, frequent site coordination, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in U.S. commercial real estate, warehousing, or industrial real estate.
• 3+ years of team management experience.
• Hands-on experience independently obtaining U.S. permits (building, fire, CO, etc.).
• Fluent in English and able to work with government agencies, landlords, attorneys, and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Own permitting and renewals across multiple regions (COIs, building permits, CO, licenses).
• Lead end-to-end new-site launches (COs, licenses, insurance, permits, racking, construction, inspection).
• Build and maintain NA warehouse asset registers and cycle-count processes.
• Coordinate with landlords, government agencies, inspectors, and external consultants.
