Job summary

YQN is seeking a Director of North America Asset Management & Permitting to own permitting compliance, warehouse asset management, and new-site launch milestones across our U.S. warehouse network. This hands-on leader will work with government agencies, consultants, and our PMO to deliver results.

Requirements include 5+ years in U.S. commercial real estate or warehousing, 3+ years managing teams, and fluency in English. Travel and relocation support are available as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in U.S. commercial real estate, warehousing or industrial real estate.
• 3+ years of team management experience.
• Hands-on with obtaining U.S. permits (building, fire, CO) and government approvals.
• Experience leading multi-site warehouse openings or large facility projects.
• Fluent in English and able to interact with agencies, landlords and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Own permitting and renewals across regions (COIs, building permits, CO, licenses, fire permits).
• Directly engage government agencies and inspectors to resolve delays.
• Lead external permitting consultants and manage deliverables and timelines.
• Own end-to-end new-site launches (COs, licenses, insurance, permits, installation, move-in).
• Manage PMO and asset management across North America sites; drive accountability.
